Microsoft has launched a tool in Word that will help you edit the text and make it clearer.

The Rewrite Suggestions tool works with artificial intelligence. In Word, select the sentence, right-click and select Rewrite Suggestions. Then a window will appear offering a version of the sentence that artificial intelligence thinks is most understandable in content. The tool can offer synonyms and remove unnecessary parts of the sentence.

It is also possible that the tool will not offer any fixes. This means that everything is clear in the text.

The new feature is only available to Microsoft 365 subscribers so far, but in the future developers plan to open it to other users.
