WELL SELECTED PLAYLIST IMPROVES TRAINING RESULTS

Italian scientists have researched that well-chosen music can have a positive effect on exercise results.

Studies show that fast music changes the perception of effort and improves cardiovascular performance. Music, at a pace of about 170 beats per minute, changes the perception of sports. The efforts made seem less than they really are.

Music also relieves pain, improves mood and makes fatigue less noticeable. Scientists have noted the most significant impact from listening to music while jogging or cycling. The study’s authors compare music to a “work-enhancing drug.”
