UP TO 2020, ALL SAMSUNG DEVICES WILL BE CONNECTED TO THE NETWORK INTERNET
Samsung Electronics has shared its vision of the Internet concept at CES 2018.
At a press conference Samsung demonstrated how to connect to the Internet can be used for home, work and on the go. The company plans to connect all its gadgets to the IoT ecosystem by 2020.
In the spring of 2018, Samsung is going to integrate its IoT applications, including Samsung Connect, Smart Home, Smart View and others into a single SmartThings application. This will allow you to connect and manage any device directly from your smartphone, TV or car using the Smart Things program.
The new products and services presented at CES 2018 clearly demonstrate the company’s achievements in the application of IoT technologies. They include refrigerators, automotive systems and other products.
Samsung is committed to setting industry standards in the IoT. Some products of the company – the Samsung ARTIK chip, the air conditioner and the Family Hub refrigerator – are already approved by the association for the compatibility criteria required to connect to the IoT.
