The National Bank of Ukraine has developed a decree that will allow payment card holders to receive cash from them at retail outlets and cafes when needed.

“This decision will help to reduce the shadow economy, further development of the cashless segment and increase financial inclusion of citizens in general,” – reported in the National Bank.

The National Bank also stresses that anyone can submit proposals for the draft resolution of the National Bank by December 15, after which the NBU will approve this resolution and allow such operations.
