Ukrainian users have long been accustomed to pirate content, but Ukrainian animationist Ruslan Belzyuk has created a legal base for Ukrainian music.

“For the past few years, I have been using Spotify and, having moved to Apple Music, I realized that I have not seen a single database of Ukrainian performers in streaming services. Services themselves do not offer anything more than random playlists, which are often added by representatives of other countries,” – Ruslan tells.

The Ukrainian playlist includes almost half a dozen singers, starting with such legends as “Aqua Vita”, and ending with contemporary singers “Panivalkova”. According to the author, the process of transition of Ukrainians to legal content is slow, but irreversible. And the list of songs increases every day.
