In Ukraine, the Action at Home app was launched to control people for self-isolation and observation.

“We developed the app in 4 days. Already Google has confirmed it is available there. Apple needs a few more hours or a day for it to appear. Then we will immediately start using it on a large scale, ”said Minister of Digital Transformation Mikhail Fedorov.

Up to ten push messages will be sent to the person each day within 14 days. Only when push notifications arrive does a person turn on geolocation. A person needs to be photographed to confirm that they are in that place. At this point, geolocation occurs.

If violations of observation or self-isolation are found, the person can be fined.
