Microblogging service Twitter will change the concept on 19 September. The company will no longer take into account media and user names in a limit of 140 characters. The changes will apply to images, videos, hifok, surveys and references to other users. In addition, Twitter will remove restrictions on commenting at reposti tweets – this is available only 116 marks out of 140.
It is unknown whether the mentioned restrictions will be removed at once or it will happen in stages. Twitter declined to comment these innovations
