TWITTER MAKE A MASSIVE CLEANUP

Twitter has started sending emails to users who have been active in their accounts more than six months ago.

Users are asked to log back in to the social network by December 11, or their accounts will be deleted. The social network representative explained that not all inactive accounts will be deleted at once, this process will take several months.

“As part of our commitment, we are working to clear inactive accounts to provide more accurate and trustworthy information that users can trust,” Twitter said.
