THE WORLD’S LARGEST ELECTRIC AIRCRAFT MADE ITS FIRST FLIGHT

The world’s largest electric aircraft Cessna 208B Grand Caravan made its first 30-minute flight over Lake Moses in Washington.

MagniX made the plane with an electric motor. The engine runs at 750 horsepower. The plane is planned to be used to quickly transport passengers to British Columbia in Canada and to the Pacific coast.

Grand Caravan can carry 9 passengers at a time. The maximum speed of the aircraft can be up to 180 km / h. On a battery charge, the plane can cover 160 km.
