SCIENTISTS HAVE DICROVERED THAT THE LANGUAGE OF AFRICAN PENGUINS SIMILAR TO HUMAN

A team of researchers from Italy has found evidence that African penguins use the same language samples as humans.

Experts have recorded nearly 600 “songs” performed by single African penguins during the mating season. It turned out that these sounds contained three different syllables that formed short and long words.

Researchers suggest that penguins have two features of human language, in particular, they are more likely to use short words. Experts have also noticed that the longer the sentence, the shorter the sounds inside it.

Penguins are not for the first time compared to humans. Previously, researchers have examined that these animals may have same-sex partners.
