SCIENTISTS CREATED WATERPROOF PLASTICS
Scientists have been trying to develop a completely organic plastic. Recently, they presented a new innovative development – plastic that dissolves in water.
Scientists also worked on the prototype of this plastic, which used ordinary petroleum products, but the basis of new plastic used limestone. Dissolution of such a plastic takes just a few minutes.
In parallel with the work on water-soluble plastic, scientists worked on the development of household chemistry, which is prone to biodegradation. At the same time, this household chemistry is harmless to the environment, and for humans.
During experiments, scientists received an element, which is well soluble in water. Utilization of the usual package of such plastic takes place in five minutes. It’s enough to simply drop it into a container with water.
