The Dnipropetrovsk District Administrative Court will hold a court hearing online.

The meeting will be held without the presence of the participants in the courtroom in video format using the Zoom app. The plaintiff substantiates the need to conduct a court case online by applying quarantine measures, which complicate and make it impossible for the parties to exercise their right to participate in the case before the public court.

Unlike regular court hearings, all parties involved in an online trial are required to have a computer or smartphone with Internet access that allows them to transmit audio and video, install an application, and have a conversation ID. Zoom is limited to 40 minutes.
