NSDC APPROVED DOCTRINE OF INFORMATION SECURITY UKRAINE
National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine adopted the doctrine of information security, developed by the Ministry of Information Policy.
In Doctrine spelled out national interests in the information sphere and the aims, principles, priorities and mechanisms of public policy.
In particular, the document notes that the priorities of Ukraine in the sphere of information are:
– The creation of institutions responsible for information and psychological security, especially in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
– The development and protection of the technological infrastructure of information security;
– To ensure maximum coverage of the country for digital broadcasting, especially in the border and temporarily occupied territories.
The document was developed by an expert council, which includes MPs, academics and experts in the field of information security. In addition, this document was discussed with European partners.
The doctrine will be announced after the signing by the President.
