New virus for Mac Word uses macros for an attack

The company Securitylab reported the discovery of a new virus for a Mac, that uses macros Word for an attack .

Earlier virus functioned only on Windows, but now he has come to macOS. Infection occurs by sending to the device phishing emails with an attached document, where harmful macro is stored.

Note that the letter contains the report of the nonprofit organization “Carnegie Endowment for International Peace,” which is dedicated to the victory of Donald Trump in the US .
