A separate independent shopping app called IG Shopping will allow choose products and buy them directly into the app.

Official statistics say that about 25 million companies use Instagram as a platform for doing business. Four out of five social networking users have signed up to at least one of them.

The interface of the application will look like Instagram, because to keep track of product updates, people should be subscribed to interesting stores. So creating a separate shopping app would provide much more opportunities for sellers.

The date of release of IG Shopping is not known yet, Instagram company refuses to comment this application.
