Instagram photo services began to display recommended content in the mainstream users’ feeds. This is stated on the site of the help center of the social network.

The recommendations are displayed based on the list of accounts signed by the user. You can temporarily hide your publications from the feed, as explained in Instagram.

According to Techcrunch, the recommendations usually contain about 3-5 publications. The publication also noted the discontent of some users, such as fans of the chronological order of publications in the tape.

Instagram began testing the system of recommended publications on Dec. 12, 2017. Then users found in the tapes a record that liked people from the list of subscriptions.
