Instagram social network will tackle online bullying with the new Global Restrict feature.

This is not the first event in the fight against bulling – earlier the service launched a campaign against “dependency”. The CEO of the social network, Adam Mosser, said that Instagram wants to lead the fight against internet bulling, the feature has been tested since July.

The innovation will help hide the other person’s comments under the user’s posts, and “restricted” users will not be able to see their Instagram activity at the moment or read their direct messages.
