During the presentation of e-parliament, Vladimir Groisman’ve presented unique new electronic support system sessions Conciliation Board.

This innovation was introduced by Basic Group, which held its adaptation to the needs of the Conciliation Board sessions, taking into account all especially the business process at all stages. Adaptation was carried out on the basis of Patentem software (more detail Patentem product can be found here – https://basicgroup.ua/patentem/)

Outdated system of informational provision and paper documents needed to be changed, and the move to more modern technology that enable radically change the collective work,  implement real paperless technology, automate the work, make the process more transparent and accessible to the public.

• The system has a number of user-friendly function modules that facilitate and optimize the work on the preparation of the agenda of the Verkhovna Rada session hall sessions, namely:
• Electronic filing of bills for consideration by fractions chairmen and chairmen of committees
•  Collective online work on the agreement of the list of issues on the agenda by leadership
• Instant online access to all the documents of accompanying the draft law
• Video broadcasting and recording of performances
• Central demonstration presentations in workplaces of members of the Conciliation Board

• Message exchange
