Google has decided to invest $ 450 million in the American company ADT.

ADT offers solutions in the field of electronic security systems, such as security systems for “smart homes”.

“ADT and Google today announced that they are entering into a long-term partnership to create the next generation of smart home security proposals,” the company said.
