US domain registrar GoDaddy has launched a search service and sale URL- addresses by using emodzi.

Smartphone users will be able to visit sites, indicating the desired smiley and domain zone. Registrar sells emodzi address for a fee of $ 4.99 per year of use.

Currently for domain names with emoticons available only domain zone .ws.

Technically, addresses of this type became available a few years ago. However, they were not popular, because the traditional computer keyboard can enter only characters encoding ASCII. Emodzi are not included in the set, so computer users might have problems with the transition to sites that use the title emoticons.
