Users of social networks from Europe, the United States, and Latin American countries complain about Facebook and Instagram crashes.

Most users (69%) who have problems with Instagram complain about news feed issues. Another 16% of users have problems posting on the social network, and 13% cannot log in to their profile. Most of the problems are reported in Western Europe and the USA.

32% of Facebook users report having problems with the news feed, that social networking does not work at all – 34% and 32% – that they cannot log in to their account.
Most of the problems with Facebook are reported in Japan and Southeast Asia. Also, a large number of users in the US and Western Europe have failed.

Problems with social networks Facebook and Instagram were also observed in Ukraine.
