FACEBOOK TESTES VIDEO VERIFICATION
The Facebook social network is continuing its policy of completely deanonymizing users and is testing a new feature.
Now, the social network may not only need photo verification to verify your account. Developers test user verification using face-to-face video. The user will need to show faces from different angles in the short video. The so-called video selfies will be removed from Facebook’s servers 30 days after download.
The news of the video verification appeared immediately after the scandal with the data drain on the social network. Then NBC News published more than 7,000 thousand pages containing confidential information about social network users. Facebook poured information about users to one of its largest customers – Amazon.
