Facebook decided to take care about users with slow Internet connection by launching a special lightweight version of the service Messenger. The application is now available for download to owners of Android-devices.

Messenger Lite is primarily focused on developing countries. With new products you can share messages, images and other content in low-speed internet.

Residents of Kenya, Malaysia, Tunisia, Venezuela and Sri Lanka will be the first who get access to the service. In the coming months Messenger Lite will be launched in other countries.

Add that size of an attachment is less than 10MB.
