Facebook and Instagram have announced settings that allow users to monitor the time spent on these social networks, create a limit for this time and block messages. Applications will send notifications when the specified time runs out. You can change or disable the restriction at any time.

In the user profile there will be a counter that will show how many minutes an average of the day the application was opened, as well as statistics for each day.

And also it will be possible to disconnect the push messages from the above-mentioned social networks from 15 minutes to 8 hours.
