The mobile application “Diya” will introduce a qualified electronic signature “Smart Action”.
Actions users will receive a signature free of charge and completely online. It will be created on the basis of data from the Unified State Demographic Register and the information system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The signature will be valid for six months. Then the user must again go through the identification procedure using the program and face recognition technology FaceID.
With an electronic signature it will be possible to sign documents, receive financial, administrative, commercial services via a smartphone. We will remind that the application “Diya” started working in Ukraine in the beginning of February, in it all necessary documents in electronic form have to be stored.
