Национальная комиссия, осуществляющая государственное регулирование в сфере связи и информатизации (НКРСИ) назначила первый в Украине тендер на получение лицензий для внедрения связи нового поколения 4G на 23 января 2018 года. Об этом сообщила пресс-служба регулятора. Лицензии будут выдаваться на внедрение 4G в диапазоне 2600 МГц.

В комиссии сообщили, что тендер будет проходить на открытой и прозрачной основе путем проведения торгов “с голоса”. По мнению НКРСИ, это будет способствовать поддержанию конкурентной среды на рынке телекоммуникационных услуг и максимальной наполнению государственного бюджета.

Ранее в НКРС заявляли о намерении в четвертом квартале 2017 провести конкурсы на выдачу лицензий в диапазонах 1800 МГц и 2600 МГц для предоставления услуг мобильной связи в стандарте 4G по стартовой цене соответственно около 4 млрд грн и около 2,3 млрд грн.

Как сообщают в Администрации Президента, Порошенко подписал закон «Об основных принципах обеспечения кибербезопасности Украины», принятый Верховной Радой 5 октября 2017.

«Законом определены правовые и организационные основы обеспечения защиты жизненно важных интересов человека и гражданина, общества и государства, национальных интересов Украины в киберпространстве, полномочия и обязанности государственных органов, предприятий, учреждений, организаций, лиц и граждан, основных принципов координации их деятельности, а также базовых терминов в области кибербезопасности », – говорится на сайте Администриции Президента.

Документ также определяет основные объекты киберзащиты, которые в совокупности составляют критическую инфраструктуру страны, принципы обеспечения кибербезопасности и национальную систему кибербезопасности. Согласно Закону, президент координирует деятельность в сфере кибербезопасности через возглавляемый им Совет нацбезопасности и обороны Украины. В законе учтен ряд предложений экспертов НАТО и Евросоюза.

Earlier in the NCCR, they announced their intention in the fourth quarter of 2017 to hold competitions for licenses in the ranges 1800 MHz and 2600 MHz to provide mobile services in the 4G standard at the starting price, respectively, about 4 billion UAH and about 2.3 billion UAH.

According to the Presidential Administration, Poroshenko signed the law “On the Basic Principles of Cybersecurity Protection of Ukraine”, adopted by the Verkhovna Rada on October 5, 2017.

“The law defines the legal and organizational principles for the protection of the vital interests of man and citizen, society and the state, the national interests of Ukraine in cyberspace, the powers and responsibilities of state bodies, enterprises, institutions, organizations, individuals and citizens, the basic principles of coordination of their activities, as well as basic terms in the field of cybersecurity “- posted on the website of the Presidential Administration.

The document also defines the main objects of cyber defense, which collectively constitute the critical infrastructure of the country, the principles of cybersecurity and the national cyber security system. In accordance with the law, the president coordinates activities in the field of cybersecurity through the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine headed by him. The law takes into account a number of proposals from experts from NATO and the European Union.
