In 2020, Apple is going to release a brand new product – augmented reality glasses.

Massive augmentation of augmented reality glasses will begin this quarter, and will hit the market in the second quarter of 2020. Glasses will not be a standalone product, but will become the next companion to Apple smartphones. That is, for the correct operation of the glasses will need to pair with the iPhone.

Google experimented with augmented reality goggles a while back, but eventually decided to opt out. Also next year, Apple plans to partner with third-party companies to produce augmented reality helmets.
