A tweet about the death of the actor from the movie “Black Panther” by Chadwick Bozeman set a new record of popularity on Twitter.

The tweet from the actor’s official page received 6.9 million likes, as well as 2.1 million retweets. 43-year-old actor Chadwick Bozeman, known for his role as the Black Panther in Marvel superhero movies, has died of colon cancer.

The previous record belonged to the tweet of the 44th US President Barack Obama, who in 2017 quoted Nelson Mandela.

“No one is born with a hatred for another person because of skin color, background, or religion,” Obama wrote at that time.
