GOOGLE DECIDED TO ADD THR ADVERTISEMENTS BLOCKER IN CHROME

49

Google has decided to add a function of blocking advertising in the mobile and desktop browser Chrome.

Google considers two modes of the program – the service can either turn off importunate advertising (pop-up banners, videos with sound, etc.), or close access to all of the ad formats on those properties where irritable advertisement has been found.

The decision to launch blocker is not logical for the company, whose main source of revenue is advertising. Most likely, these actions are protective measures – Google encountered with increasing use of third-party blockers and wants to suppress this tendency through its services.

Maybe Google will charge advertisers who want to pass through filters blocker browser. The company is in an alliance called the Acceptable Ads, through which their ads are shown to users blocker popular AdBlock Plus.
