Spanish scientists can reproduce human skin using 3D-PRINTER
The team of Spanish researchers, together with medical private company BioDan Group presented a prototype of a unique 3D-biopryntera, with which you can reproduce human skin. This skin is suitable for transplants to patients with burns, and using it in research and testing chemicals, cosmetics and pharmaceuticals.
Material accurately reproduces real human skin, including the thin outer layer of for protection, similar to the epidermis and a thicker layer, which acts as the dermis.
The main element of the system is a biomaterials. In the production of skin injectors with different biological components are used instead of ink cartridges.
Obtained by using 3D-bioprinter skin for transplants must be created from the cells of the future owner.
