“NOVA POSHTA” HAS LAUNCHED A VIBER BOT FOR COMMUNICATION WITH CUSTOMERS
Now users of the “Nova Poshta ” will be able to track their parcels, call courier , calculate shipping rates and find the nearest branch via Viber.
The company launched in the popular messenger chat bot that has appeared in the list of public-service accounts. In addition to these functions the robot will also be able to inform customers about news, changes in the schedule and provide other useful information.
To take advantage of bot, you must open Viber, enter to the tab “My Contacts” and find among the public (public accounts) account “New Mail”, then you need to click “Track”. Now the dialogue, in which you can set team, and information public chat are available in account. For example, to find out the status of the parcel is necessary enter to the dialog, write any word (eg Start / Start) and select the desired command.
Company representatives emphasize that for maximum accuracy while searching the nearest offices you should specify your address with the house number.
