Google has decided to listen to the many requests from mobile users, who complained of the lack of video content from YouTube in offline mode. A new application called YouTube Go will save videos for deferred viewing. Unfortunately, that service is available only to residents of India.

YouTube Go is designed specifically for people in India. In order to show the functionality of service to residents of the country, local features and Internet coverage of the network were taken into consideration.

The application allows you to choose the video quality while downloading, and quickly transfer it to another phone via Bluetooth.

The exact release date in India and in other countries have not yet declared.
