Soon residents of Ukraine can buy train tickets “Ukrzaliznytsya” through a special mobile service. The company intends to develop a relevant program by the end of this year.

Chapter board “UZ” Wojciech Balchun said that the first Android-version of the service will be released, and later iPhone users will be able to buy a ticket through a mobile app.

He also noted that the post of Director of Information Technology was opened to plan of informatization in “UZ”. This should help companies quickly implement innovative solutions.

In addition, the director said that “UZ” will not provide ticketing service for commercial customers. This type of service will remain available only to government agencies
