InMind conducted a study to identify the most popular messaging applications in Ukraine.
TOP-5 most popular messengers among residents of Ukrainian cities:
Viber
Facebook Messenger
Telegram
Skype
WhatsApp and Skype are used by less than 50% of Ukrainians (aged 25 to 34). In this age segment, the most popular application was Viber (99% of respondents) – in total, it is used by 97% of respondents from 13 to 55 years.
