Amazon is implementing artificial intelligence technology that will keep employees at a safe distance from each other.

In warehouses, Amazon will equip special monitors, which will “illuminate” employees who keep social distancing, green, and those who do not – red.

Data from Amazon surveillance cameras will be used to determine employee compliance. They will be processed by the Distance Assistant program, written on the basis of artificial intelligence.

Earlier, the United States began investigating whether Amazon had taken sufficient measures to protect its employees from the danger of coronavirus.
