NSDC SECRETARY CALLS LEVEL OF CYBER PROTECTION IN UKRAINE UNSATISFACTORY
The Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine called the level of protection of state electronic information resources, registers, databases in Ukraine unsatisfactory.
In the context of intensification of foreign intelligence services against Ukraine, in particular, the intelligence agencies of the Russian Federation, strengthening cyber protection of state information resources and protection of personal data of citizens “have become a priority of state policy in the field of cybersecurity.”
“The situation is complicated by the need for government agencies to operate remotely during the global confrontation with the threat posed by the spread of coronavirus,” he added.
At the same time, the National Security and Defense Council notes that it has developed a set of measures to improve the protection of national electronic information resources and strengthen the protection of personal data of citizens from leaks.
