CERTAIN CARDS WITH CORONAVIRUS EXPANSION HAVE MALWARE
Under the guise of coronavirus spread cards malicious software is distributed.
With these applications, hackers can steal user credentials, logins and passwords, credit card numbers, and other sensitive information. They distribute dangerous software – namely AZORult – under the guise of “Coronavirus Distribution Cards”.
When installed on the AZORult device, there are almost no data collection restrictions for the application. Not only the software that should be downloaded but also the browser extension can be infected. One such program is a copy of a true online coronavirus spread map created by Johns Hopkins University (USA).
