15.1% of Ukrainians do not have digital skills at all. Another 37.9% of Ukrainian citizens have a low level.

After conducting a large-scale survey, it turned out that 53% of Ukrainians between the ages of 18 and 70 have a digital skills rating below average. Also, 34% of Ukrainians between the ages of 18 and 70, and almost half (49.5%) between the ages of 10 and 17 have been victims of online fraud over the past year.

Digital skills include the ability to search information, communicate, solve problems, download and use software on the Internet.
