LG is launching a “customer support” feature and plans to show it at the IFA in Berlin next week.

The new feature uses artificial intelligence to monitor LG devices for potential issues: temperature drops, poor airflow, too much powder, time to replace the filter, etc. If something goes wrong, the app notifies the device owner that there may be a problem.

According to a company representative, this feature will help to extend the life of the products, preventing problems with the equipment.
