The MP’s electronic assistant is designed to make it easier for MPs to search documents and other information.

A bot, for example, can: tell MPs how to arrange their assistants, show rooms available for meetings, explain how to work with the electronic committee meetings system. Some of the information provided by the chat bot will be in infographic and video format.

For example, instructional video tutorials on “The Electronic Document Management System of the VRU”, “Drafting a Bill”, and “Creating a Draft Document” have already been prepared.

According to Oleksiy Sidorenko, Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine’s Computerized Systems Directorate, launching a chat bot is one of the first steps to digital transformation of the Verkhovna Rada.
