IN CHINA PRESENTED SCOOTER WITH AUTOPILOT
Segway-Ninebot Group has introduced a scooter that can return to charging stations on its own without a driver.
Such a solution could be a breakthrough for the growing scooter sharing industry, the developers are confident. Gao Lufen, chairman and CEO of Ninebot, said that artificial-intelligence scooters operated remotely from the cloud could radically improve the sharing economy of scooters.
The concept of scooter sharing was launched two years ago in California. Since then, electric scooter parks have been operating in cities in the US and Europe.
