UKRAINIANS DEVELOPED EDIBLE GLASSES FOR COFFEE
Ukrainian company Lekorna has entered into a struggle with plastic and has produced glasses and covers for take-away coffee, which can be eaten.
Edible Yummy Cup glasses and lids with a hole for the tube Yummy Lid are made of sweet wafers. Glasses have a chocolate icing inside, and wafer caps of standard sizes will approach to usual paper glasses 240 and 340 milliliters.
The manufacturer assures that the material from which the glasses are made is completely ecological and even if a person does not eat a glass or a lid, they will quickly unfold, unlike their plastic counterparts.
World brands have long since abandoned the use of plastic. For example, such well-known companies as McDonald’s and Starbucks are gradually moving away from selling beverages in plastic and switching to containers from recycled materials.
