“Nova Poshta” allowed to change the data in express online
Nova Poshta has launched the “Data Changes” service, which allows senders to independently modify data in the created express bills. In the past, you could do this only by filing an application in the department, but now you can use a more convenient online service instead.
Users of the “Data Changes” service can make adjustments to the express bills through the appropriate online channels: mobile application, or create API.
The following data is available to change on online channels:
sender information – name of the contact person and phone number;
information on the recipient – the counterparty, the contact person’s name and telephone number;
information about payer – sender or recipient (form of payment – cash or non-cash)
Changing the data is available during the shipment of the shipment to the moment it is transferred to the recipient or before the delivery date of shipment to the address of the recipient. Immediately after the change is automatically saved in the express bill. The service works for all types of shipments and is only available to senders.
