By 2020, a single roaming space will work in Ukraine, Moldova, Belarus, Georgia, Armenia and Azerbaijan.

After the signing of the agreement between the countries, roaming charges will be canceled. In addition, Ukraine plans to cancel roaming with all EU countries, but it is unknown how it will work.

The head of the EU assistance programs department in Ukraine “Economic Cooperation, Energy, Infrastructure and the Environment” Johannes Baur notes that Ukraine will first join the single zone with the countries of Eastern Europe, and then – with other European powers.

Previously, Poland has already announced the abolition of roaming for Ukrainians, in order for Ukraine to adapt more quickly to European standards.
