The company’s specialists listen voice commands that users give to the Google Home Smartphone or Google Assistant.

At the same time, the company gives a small part (0.2% of recorded teams) to the linguistic experts. The corporation is doing this in order to better understand the different languages ​​and further improve the technology of speech recognition, said manager of the company David Monsys.

The specialist emphasized that the transmitted records are not related to user accounts, and experts are not allowed to decipher the background conversations.
