Swiss watch brand Swatch decided to promote their products through ideas Apple. The company has registered the trademark «Tick different» ( «Escape else”), which was very consonant with the legendary Californian manufacturer slogan «Think different» ( «Think different”).

The Apple could not pass by this fact. According to the publication Watson, an American corporation has filed a lawsuit against Swatch demanding to revoke this trademark. In the Swiss court iPhone maker plans to increase that half of consumers associate with this slogan the brand Apple.

Chapter Swatch Nick Hayek has had recourse to comment on the Americans. According to him, the similarity slogans «Think different» and «Tick different» just a coincidence. The choice was based on the phrase campaign «Always different, always new», held in Swatch in the 80’s.

Note that earlier watch manufacturer received a patent on the phrase «One more thing», which has become legendary thanks to Steve Jobs, who traditionally used it during the presentation of new devices.
