On February 19, the Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine presented an online course designed for training and monitoring of workers’ knowledge. The system was implemented by Basic Group with the support of the EUM Ukraine Advisory Mission.

For the Basic Group it is a great honor to be involved in the process of implementation of reforms, as the project implementation was carried out within the framework of the Strategy of Personnel Management of the service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for 2018-2020.

With convenient tools and user-friendly interfaces, the system’s teaching materials are easily assimilated by users, and the test module, which includes several types of questions, helps to control the level of knowledge of employees.

During the presentation, the following main tasks of the implemented system were noted:
– Basic training of new employees;
– Prompt acquaintance with innovations;
– Professional development of existing employees;
– Increase customer orientation of employees;
– Professional motivation of employees;
– Assessment of knowledge.
