“Smart” things penetrate more and more into our lives. They simplify many aspects and give a lot of useful information. For example, recently the UK police decided to use “smart” Echo columns produced by Amazon to help the population and prevent crime.

The Lancashire County Police Department will use the Amazon Echo columns to send out information about missing and wanted people, as well as any other useful information that will enable people to live. In addition, the smart column will inform police officers of criminal activity and provide operational summaries and data about what’s happening around.
